The WooCommerce Min/Max Quantities plugin allows you to:
- Set minimum and maximum quantity limits for individual products or variations, as well as for entire orders.
- Specify specific products or categories that must be purchased in predefined quantity multiples.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, prevent overstocking or stockouts, and reduce storage costs.
To configure quantity rules for a product, follow these steps:
1. Edit the product.
2. Navigate to the Product Data > General tab.
3. Find the Quantity Rules section.
4. Adjust the Minimum Quantity, Maximum Quantity, Group of, and Exclude from settings.
- Minimum quantity: Sets the minimum quantity required per order for the product.
- Maximum quantity: Specifies the maximum allowable quantity per order for the product.
- Group of: Define a quantity multiple that must be purchased for this product.
If you have established order and category rules, you can use the “Exclude from” checkboxes to exempt individual products from order and category rule evaluations:
- Exclude from Order rules: Prevents this product from being included in order quantity and value rules.
- Exclude from Category rules: Exempts the product from the category Group of rules, automatically activated when a Group of rules is defined for a product.
With the WooCommerce Min/Max Quantities extension, you have the flexibility to set up and define quantity rules for orders, products, and variations, ensuring better control over your inventory.
